Hi there All,

Thanks for taking the time to read this and displaying our brochures. Firstly I would like to introduce myself as the new Sales and Marketing Manager here for Undara. Feel free to drop me a line or call for a chat about our product. If there is anything at all I can do for you then just ask.

I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know about a few changes with the Undara product. As you may know we have our good friends at Trans North providing the transfers out to Undara. They have 3 pick up points around Cairns ready to go out to the lodge. Please take the time to have a look below at the maps for more details and don’t forget to remind your guests to look for the Trans North logo.

  • Cairns Railway Station Platform 1
  • Reef Fleet Terminal Bus Stop 16
  • Smithfield Bus Shelter (south side)

Another exciting development here at Undara is our upcoming “Green Season” campaign. Based around the soon-to-be-released “Australia” flick with Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, we have advertising lined up in both the local media and as far down as Brisbane and beyond, not too mention our international media buying. We expect more people to be asking about “Australia’s Accessible Outback” and here is your chance to value add for your clients.

Thanks again for your time!

Cest Bon French Restaurant

Now on Cairns displays.

C’est Bon is Cairns’ only French Restaurant. Originally owned and operated by renowned French Chef/Restaurateur Michel Bonnet and daughter Amelie. In August 2006 Junelle McNaught took over the business of Cést Bon Cairns and continues to run the business successfully. Junelle comes to Cést Bon Cairns after 30 years of running restaurants in North QLD, from Tawnys to Pescis to Mangostins.

C’est Bon is a typically provincial styled restaurant with wooden floorboards, bentwood chairs, white linen… it has an intimately warm feel to it, quite similar to the French bistro interiors of Restaurants in New York and Paris.
The menu features Michel’s original Classical French Dishes, which is unlike anything Cairns has experienced in years…

Great food, great settings and great service.

Oliver's - Australian Fine Cuisine is located in the centre of Cairns, at the corner of Spence and Abbott Street, diagonally across from the Reef Casino. The owner of this elegant little boutique restaurant is Mr. Oliver Schreiber. His quest to create a haven for food and wine lovers has been achieved when Oliver's first opened its doors on 04 August 2006. Attention to detail, love of good food and wines, exquisite service and hospitality prevail throughout every aspect of this restaurant. Oliver's offers modern Australian cuisine that utilises fresh Australian ingredients, including traditional Aboriginal produce, combined with European and Asian cooking techniques. The head chef Mr. David Bres is French. His remarkable career includes some of the finest 2 and 3 Michelin Star awarded restaurants in Europe. There are three dining areas to choose from: Outside along the Spence Street footpath to enjoy a cool breeze from the sea, across the open kitchen to watch the master chefs at work, or in the gorgeous courtyard decorated with hanging plants and an antique carved timber framed mirror. A sliding door to the courtyard can offer the privacy suitable for a small wedding party or function. The a la carte menu changes every 6 weeks following the seasons and seasonal produce. Try David's renowned 5 course degustation set menu and Oliver's choice of 5 complimenting glasses of fine wines. Typical signature dishes are the Emu and caramelised shallots rillette served with Yakajirri tomato jelly and bush herbs terrine or the prime beef fillet with a crust of macadamia nuts and rosella jam or coral trout fillet steamed in seaweed vapour, served on braised lotus. A typical dessert could be a chilled tropical fruit soup flavoured with mountain pepper and hibiscus, served with fruit confit and bunya nut biscuit. Oliver's offers a fine wine list with typical representatives of Australia's finest wines in all price ranges. Oliver's opens for dinner Monday to Saturday from 18:00 and can be booked for exclusive functions up to 75 guests. Sunday is usually a day of rest, but can be made available for private functions. The restaurant is not open for lunch with the exception of private functions.
